Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, titled “Rights of the Data Subject,” data subjects have the following rights:
Data subjects may submit requests regarding their rights in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, in line with the Comminuque On The Principles And Procedures For The Request To Data Controller. For this purpose, the Data Subject Request Form provided by the University may be completed and submitted to the University using one of the methods specified below.

The University shall conclude the application as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. Applications are, as a rule, evaluated free of charge. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
